AI Opportunity Map, hosted

Find where AI is worth starting, and where it is not.

Your people each spend fifteen minutes telling an AI interviewer how their work really runs. You get a ranked map, one place to start and a pilot brief with a stop rule. €30 for a team of ten.

How it works

Four steps, done in about a week.

Most of the work is listening. The map comes from what your people actually do all week, which is rarely what the org chart says.

01Leadership, 20 min

Name the outcomes

One to three goals with a baseline and a target, eight readiness checks, and where AI should stay out.

02Each person, 15 min

Your people talk

Everyone gets a link. They talk or type with an interviewer that asks for real examples and real numbers.

03A few minutes

The map is drawn

Every task is redesigned, scored on twelve published dimensions and ranked against your outcomes.

04Ready to run

One pilot, with a stop rule

A brief for the first pilot: who, how long, what success looks like, and when to stop.

What you get

A decision, not a deck.

  • Start here. One opportunity, picked for value and for being safe to try first.
  • A pilot brief. Scope, baseline, success, what must never happen, and a rule for when to expand, revise or stop.
  • What to stop doing. Work that should disappear instead of being automated.
  • What to leave alone. Where judgment or relationships matter, with the reason.
  • Everything ranked. Impact against effort, with a floor under every euro estimate.
  • A readiness gate. Whether the company can start a pilot now, and what to fix first.

The interview

An interviewer your people can talk to.

A calm voice asks about their week, in Dutch or English, and keeps asking until it has a real example and a number. People who prefer to type can type. Nobody needs an account, a download or a meeting.

  • Asks for last Tuesday, not for opinions
  • Notices missing numbers and asks once more
  • Stops after about fifteen minutes

Your data

Your company's work stays your company's.

Stored in the EU

Each map lives in its own database on servers in the European Union.

Delete it, and it is gone

One button removes the map, every interview and every answer from our servers. Backups roll off within a week.

Who sees the answers

Your workspace, Claude (Anthropic) asking the questions and, for spoken interviews, ElevenLabs for the voice. Nobody at VANDAM reads them unless you ask us to.

The scoring is public

The rubric, the rules and the code are open source. You can read exactly why something ranks where it does.

Questions

Before you start

Who should we interview?

People across departments, not only managers. Include the person who already tinkers with AI and the one who does the most copy-paste. Five to fifteen people make a good first map.

Do people need an account or an app?

No. Each person gets a link. It works in the browser on a phone or a laptop, by voice or by typing.

Which languages work?

Dutch (Flemish) and English, for the interviews and for the map.

How long until we have the map?

As long as it takes your people to find fifteen minutes. Drawing the map itself takes a few minutes, and you can draw it again when more interviews come in.

Why is it this cheap?

Because most of what a consultant charges for is the listening, and the interviewer does that part. You pay for what it costs us to run, plus a margin we show you.

What if we want help with the pilot?

The map is yours to act on. If you want VANDAM in the room to run the first pilot with you, get in touch.
