Name the outcomes
One to three goals with a baseline and a target, eight readiness checks, and where AI should stay out.
AI Opportunity Map, hosted
Your people each spend fifteen minutes telling an AI interviewer how their work really runs. You get a ranked map, one place to start and a pilot brief with a stop rule. €30 for a team of ten.
How it works
Most of the work is listening. The map comes from what your people actually do all week, which is rarely what the org chart says.
One to three goals with a baseline and a target, eight readiness checks, and where AI should stay out.
Everyone gets a link. They talk or type with an interviewer that asks for real examples and real numbers.
Every task is redesigned, scored on twelve published dimensions and ranked against your outcomes.
A brief for the first pilot: who, how long, what success looks like, and when to stop.
What you get
Stop doing: Stoppen met de wekelijkse rapportage van openstaande bestellingen. Leave alone: Weekplanning blijft bij Sofie, met een lijst die vooraf toont wie kan.
The interview
A calm voice asks about their week, in Dutch or English, and keeps asking until it has a real example and a number. People who prefer to type can type. Nobody needs an account, a download or a meeting.
Voice by ElevenLabsPricing
The AI interviews, the voice, the servers and the card fee all cost real money. We add those up for your team, show you the line, and add our margin on top. That is the price.
Run it yourself
Free
The same app, open source. It runs on your own computer with your own AI key, and you send the interview links yourself. Usually a few euros of AI per map.

Each map lives in its own database on servers in the European Union.
One button removes the map, every interview and every answer from our servers. Backups roll off within a week.
Your workspace, Claude (Anthropic) asking the questions and, for spoken interviews, ElevenLabs for the voice. Nobody at VANDAM reads them unless you ask us to.
The rubric, the rules and the code are open source. You can read exactly why something ranks where it does.
Questions
People across departments, not only managers. Include the person who already tinkers with AI and the one who does the most copy-paste. Five to fifteen people make a good first map.
No. Each person gets a link. It works in the browser on a phone or a laptop, by voice or by typing.
Dutch (Flemish) and English, for the interviews and for the map.
As long as it takes your people to find fifteen minutes. Drawing the map itself takes a few minutes, and you can draw it again when more interviews come in.
Because most of what a consultant charges for is the listening, and the interviewer does that part. You pay for what it costs us to run, plus a margin we show you.
The map is yours to act on. If you want VANDAM in the room to run the first pilot with you, get in touch.
